I find Medibank app too complex to use because most people getting prescription medication do not feel well enough to find the script number and I have several prescriptions from the one authorisation script so it’s confusing and hard work for my disorder. It is less time consuming to take a photo of the receipt and upload it to an app such as NIB (who also covered all my scripts under $30 which is why I went back to NIB last time and now tempted to go back to them due to my regular prescriptions needed to manage my illness! I suffer from panic disorder, and have 28 scripts to treat the anxiety and depression but I can only claim for my dexamphetamine and not my Alprazolam which is the only combination that works to treat my disorder. Are you able to please send us an email to with your membership details so that we can see who it was you spoke with and we can pass the feedback on to their manager. As I was driving I could not ring back & was going to a Dr’s appointment. The young Lady was contacting your IT area to see what they could do. The young Lady went beyond with her service to help resolve my issue. Unfortunately my sound was turned down on my phone and I did not quite hear the young lady’s name. In frustration with myself I rang Medibank. I had changed my password a couple weeks ago, however I could not log into my online account. ![]()
